1. The Agreement (No BS)

Welcome to AdamsLocal. By using this software (app.adamslocal.com) or paying for my Clean & Shield service, you agree to these terms. I don't hide tricks in the fine print. I provide a tool to diagnose your digital plumbing and generate code fixes. You agree to use it responsibly.

2. What I Do (And What I Don't Guarantee)

My software runs deep-level diagnostics on your online presence. It checks for AI Engine Optimization (AEO), local search signals, and schema consistency. It also generates code to help you fix the errors it finds.

The Guarantee: I guarantee the software will give you an accurate, mathematical assessment of your digital footprint based on current algorithms.

The Disclaimer: I do not work for Google, Apple, or OpenAI. I do not control their algorithms. Therefore, I cannot and do not guarantee specific ranking results, traffic, or revenue. If you use my generated code and Google changes their rules tomorrow, I am not liable for your search position.

3. Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)

Your Stuff: You own your business data, your scan reports, and the specific code the software generates for your site.

My Stuff: I spent over 3,000 hours building the AI engines, scanners, and diagnostic logic behind this software. AdamsLocal LLC owns the software, the code, the algorithms, and the UI. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, cloning, or attempting to steal the underlying technology.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and API Abuse

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. When you cancel, you will have access until the end of your billing cycle. I don't hold your data hostage.

Agency Tier & API Usage: The Agency tier includes bulk scan API access. This is intended for legitimate client audits. If you attempt to abuse the API by running automated scraping scripts that bleed my server costs, I reserve the right to throttle your access or terminate your account without a refund. Treat the infrastructure with respect.

5. Limitation of Liability

If your Google Business Profile gets suspended because of data you entered, or if your website crashes because you pasted code incorrectly, AdamsLocal LLC is not responsible for your lost revenue. I hand you the wrench; it is your responsibility to use it correctly.

6. Changes to the Terms

The digital landscape shifts fast. If I need to update these terms to protect the system or reflect new features, I will email you. If you keep using the software after that, you agree to the new terms.
