1. My Philosophy on Your Data

I spent 25 years watching corporate tech companies harvest user data and sell it to the highest bidder. I don't play that game. AdamsLocal LLC collects exactly what is necessary to run your diagnostic scans, process your payments, and improve the AI engines. I will never sell your personal data to data brokers. Period.

2. What I Collect

Account Info: When you sign up, I collect your email address and name so you can log in securely.

Business Data: When you run a scan, I collect the URL, business name, and location data you input so the software can analyze it.

Billing Info: If you upgrade to a paid tier, your credit card data is securely handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full credit card number on my servers.

3. How I Use Your Data

I use your data for three reasons:

  1. To actually run the software and generate your diagnostic reports and code fixes.
  2. To send you email alerts regarding your monitored sites or account status.
  3. To train and improve the AdamsLocal AI engine. Every scan helps the system learn how the local search landscape is shifting so I can build better tools for everyone.

4. Third-Party Integrations

My software doesn't operate in a vacuum. To generate your reports, the system securely pings third-party services like the Google Maps API, OpenAI, and Stripe. These services only receive the specific data required to perform their function (e.g., Google Maps gets the business name you searched for).

5. Deleting Your Account (The Danger Zone)

You have total control over your digital footprint. If you want to leave, you can click “Delete Account” in your Settings panel. This will permanently wipe your scans, monitors, and generated reports from my database. Once it's gone, it's gone.

6. Contact Me

I run this business from Pleasanton, California. If you have any questions about how your data is being handled, don't submit a support ticket to some faceless bot. Email me directly at: adam@adamslocal.com
